The first thing I have to mention is the staff. Everyone, without exception, was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay - from the reception desk to the restaurant staff. I would especially like to mention Zuzana, who personally helped us resolve a misunderstanding regarding our room. Thank you so much, Zuzana - we truly appreciate your help and kindness!
Another example that really stood out to us: one of the receptionists actually went out of her way to contact the owner of the property next to the hotel to ask if our children could use the playground there. We hadn’t even asked her to do this - she simply took the initiative herself. Our children were absolutely delighted, and it was such a thoughtful gesture.
Apart from the wonderful staff, the location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and if you stay in one of the cabins lower down, you’ll be very close to the river. There is also a nice area where you can make a campfire, which adds a special touch to the experience.
And most importantly, the food was excellent. The breakfast was carefully prepared, fresh, and delicious. We also ate at the restaurant three times during our stay simply because we enjoyed the food so much.
Overall, a wonderful place with an amazing team, beautiful surroundings, and excellent food. We would definitely come back :)
