I stayed here for 3 nights and was really disappointed. The room was in need of attention. The toilet looked like it hadn’t seen a toilet brush in a long time, and there was mould around the shower base. There was also an issue with mosquitoes, I’ve had the biggest bites I’ve ever had. I wasn’t expecting mosquitoes at this time of year, but the room was very warm and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. The staff weren’t particularly helpful, and breakfast was very minimal. There was no coffee available. Smoking is allowed in the rooms, so as a non-smoker I had no choice but to smell smoke coming from other rooms, which was unpleasant. I didn’t complain at the time as I was only there for a short stay and didn’t have the energy, especially with the language barrier. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Very small out of standard beds that you can fall down when you turn around in the middle of the night. AC wasn’t on (broken)while we were there for a several hours, couldn’t sleep night time because of the noise coming from corridor and other guests rooms , called front desk and even than continued, not very happy at all. No laundry service, need to go outside . Breakfast was somewhat ok, recommend go out to have it. Staff was very helpful but very unprofessional. Another confusion point with this hotel is , there are 2 of them very close by and almost the same name , A11 and A11 exclusive, both of them is not up to my standards anyway. First day of my stay when i saw a long hair in my freshly made bed , it was gross . We had a really bad experience at this hotel overall,

Tam Bir Hayal Kırıklığı! Oteli sadece Bağdat Caddesi üzerinde, merkezi bir konumda yer aldığı için tercih etmiştik. Keşke yapılan olumsuz yorumları daha dikkatli okusaydık... Öncelikle çalışan personelin hakkını teslim etmek gerekir; hepsi güler yüzlü, iyi niyetli ve ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyorlar. Ancak maalesef binanın kendisi ve imkânları kelimenin tam anlamıyla dökülüyor. Asansör bozuktu. 3. Kattaki odamıza ilk girdiğimizde pencereler sonuna kadar açıktı ve pencerelerde sineklik teli yoktu. Banyo tavanının boyası kabarmış, dökülmeye başlamıştı. Banyoda havalandırma fanı yoktu, duş zeminindeki laminat derzleri kararmıştı. Gardrobun kapısını açtığımızda ise plastik bardakların içinde izmaritlerle karşılaştık. Bu da dolapların içinin temizlenmediğini net bir şekilde gösteriyor. Korktuğumuz başımıza geldi ve gece adeta sivrisinek istilasına uğradık. Sabah durumu resepsiyona bildirip oda değişikliği talep ettik; çalışanlar sağ olsun yardımcı oldular. yeni odamızın banyo tavanı en azından tamir görmüştü ancak sinek sorunu devam ettiği için eczaneden gidip kendimiz Raid almak zorunda kaldık. Otelin genel bakımı son derece yetersiz. Koridorlar ve halılar çok kirli, merdivenlerde tırabzan yerine halatlar kullanılmış. CKM'de konser etkinliği için 1 gece konakladık. Caddebostan Kültür Merkezi'ne yürüme mesafesinde idi. Oda temizdi. Çarşaflar, banyo tuvalet temizdi. Rahatsız edici herhangi bir koku vs yoktu. Nazik karşılandık. Vardığımızda oda henüz hazır değildi erken olduğu için. Çantalarımızı resepsiyona bıraktık. İlgilendiler sağolsunlar. Sabah kahvaltı yapmadığımız için kahvaltı hakkında yorum yapamayacağım. Biz memnun kaldık. Yine Caddebostana gidersem orada konaklarım :)

Check-in’den check-out’a kötü bir deneyim oldu benim için. Sahip olduğu puana göre seçmiştim oteli. Check-in sırasında zombi resepsiyonistle karşılaştığımda yadırgadım ama çıkıs esnasında diğer resepsiyonisti de gördüğmde muhtemelen yaptıkları işi sevmeyen insanlar olduklarını düşündüğümden bunu kişisel algılamadım. Sabah yetişmem gerekn toplantıya, sıcak su olmadığı ve duş başlığında problem olduğu için geç kaldım. Bir noktada para iadesi için bile harekete geçecektim ancak uğraşmak isyemedim. Dünyanın en güzel caddesinde berbat bir konaklam…

Sisteminizde otelde Oda Servisi olduğu yazılıyordu. Ama yokmuş. Ve otelde elektrik kesildi. Ben hayatımda, dünyanın hiçbir yerinde otelde elektrik kesildiğini görmedim. Jeneratörü olmayan otel mi olur? Konaklama tam bir fiyaskoydu. Elektrik olmadığı için erken çıkmak zorunda kaldık.
