Quarto excelente, limpo, um bom.tamanho, mas fiquei extremamente chateada, nao nos avisaram que segunda o.cafe da manha iria do ate as 9:00 chegamos 8:55 porta aberta, so que quando deu 9:00 começaram a retirar tudo, tudo mesmo , ate esvaziar as garrafas de cafe, leite, teriam que ter me avisado antes o horário, e jamais ficar retirando as coisas, enquanto estavamos la comendo, de uma falta de respeito horrivel, o pessoal do restaurante sem nenhum preparo, nada gentis, se vc pede algo, acham ruim, ficam de cara feia..decepcionada demais...o pessoal da recepção são simpáticos e atenciosos, mas no sábado a noite o restaurante estava fechado não pudemos pedir nada. Nossa estadia foi do dia 18 a 20 de abril de 2026, véspera de feriado. Estrutura do Hotel boa, mas a parte de alimentação e quem trabalha la péssimo. Espero que eles invistam em treinamento, foi uma falta de educação terrível, a gente la , e 5 minutos depois estarem retirando tudo, era melhor nem terem deixado a gente entrar, preferia do que passar essa vergonha. Não voltarei

Hotel excelente, parece novo, mas... O quarto estava ok. O ar condicionado estava estragado, funcionando mal. passamos calor. Toalhas bem velhas, pedi para trocar a de banho, que usei, que tinha um furo, e colocaram outra velha. Limpeza do banheiro bem a desejar. Dentro do box sujo no cantos e encardido. Alguns fios de fios de cabelos no chão do banheiro.
