Unaccepable reception service
The communication stated that reception is present from 15:00 to 18:00 but no one was present when we arrived. We had to ask a local resident to phone the contact number. After a long wait a cleaner arrived. My wife had to walk about 30 minutes to a apartment which we had not booked. She thus refused as the condition of it was not acceptable. She had to walk back again to where I were and then we had to be taken by taxi to the apartment we booked. It had however not been cleaned and we has to wait about an hour for it to be cleaned.
The apartment was fine and the location excellent but the apartment booked must be available and the distance between the office to report to and the booked apartment is totally unacceptable. The cleaner was excellent and helpful bur it is unfair to place her in such a predicament.
