First off, I am not someone who generally does many reviews, but after the service we received from the owner/manager, I feel compelled to review to let other travelers know. When we checked in, there were many things broken. (The sink was loose, the shower was leaking and the shower head was broken off, the towel rack was broken, the reading lights were out, there were problems with the shower fixtures, etc. I sent a note to the manager and owner of the hotel expressing some frustration, since we paid a ton of money for this room. Had the owner / manager acknowledged my note, I'd probably give the a 3 star. But I sent him 4 separate notes, and also sent other employees (who were awesome, BYW) notes. I asked them to relay my message to the owner/manager, which they did.
We checked out yesterday, and I still haven't heard a peep from the owner.
Really disappointing that this is the way they prioritize their guests. Unacceptable.
