After checking in I was informed there would be no Wifi in the room since gypsies stole telecom cables of the hotel. This didn’t reassure us about the safety of the place or the location.

Imagine a nursing home was turned into a cheap hotel. I was called 5 hours before check in to say the AC wasn’t working. Pool looks cuter in the pics, in real life it’s packed and not very nice. The room was clean and functional.

Multiple problems - worst was the fact that the Wifi didnt work. We had many rooms for the team - so multiple people were affected. But the host / owner of the hotel refused to do anything - didnt even offer an apology or a refund.

Réservation pour 4 personnes mais seulement 1 lit de prêt, le canapé lit n’était pas prêt il n’y avait qu’un drap. De plus on nous a demandé de payer les petits dej des enfants alors que c’était dans le prix déjà réglé !! Cet appart'hôtel est situé au bout d'une route, juste derrière la grande zone commerciale de Plan de Campagne. L'environnement est calme, mais l'établissement est assez isolé et une voiture est indispensable pour le moindre déplacement. Compte tenu des tarifs particulièrement élevés des hôtels dans la région, j'ai choisi cet établissement pour son prix plus abordable et sa situation géographique, relativement centrale par rapport à mes différents rendez-vous professionnels. L'appartement était confortable, fonctionnel et tout à fait correct. La résidence dispose de quelques équipements, notamment d'une salle de fitness et d'une piscine extérieure qui était fermée lors de mon séjour. Le principal inconvénient reste l'isolement de l'établissement. Malgré la proximité de la zone commerciale, il n'y a ni restaurant ni grande surface facilement accessibles à pied. Pour sortir dîner ou simplement faire quelques courses, il faut reprendre sa voiture. Cet hébergement conviendra sans doute très bien aux personnes recherchant le calme, l'autonomie et la possibilité de préparer leurs repas sur place. En revanche, il correspond moins à ma façon de voyager : j'apprécie de pouvoir sortir le soir, dîner au restaurant ou me promener sans avoir systématiquement besoin de prendre la voiture.
