We stayed at apartment room #18 (2nd floor Ocean view) from 5/23/2019 thru 5/29/2019. The biggest problem and the severe security issue was that our hotel room door lock was broken for most of the time we were there, we couldn't lock the door at all even at night when we were sleeping. And we had to bring our valuables daily to the front desk to have them stored, and retrieve them nightly when we get back to the hotel.
There are many other small repairs needed when we checked in on 5/23:
Towel bar was detached and placed on the bathroom window still; Shower door handle was broken, specifically, the lower screw was missing; Bathroom sink was clogged, water accumulated instantly and drained away slowly;
Shower drain was clogged, water accumulated instantly and drained away slowly; Toilet doesn’t flush all the way, we had to force the water flow manually with the toilet brush.
These small repairs were nothing, compare to the door lock problem that we had to deal with. The worst nightmare was that our hotel room door key (the physical metal door key) got stuck in the door key hole the second day early in the morning as we were leaving to see the city, and the hotel couldn't get the door lock fixed for the next few days and we couldn't lock our room for almost the rest of our stay until the night before we checked out. We asked the hotel to move us to a comparable room with an operational door lock, but only a "smoking room with no view" available and that was our only choice.
