We loved the front desk guy, Tristen. He was so helpful and personable. We loved the restaurant there. We liked that it was convenient to get to the tram. The AC worked amazing, however, you can never take your key out of the wall/ light socket because it will trip the fuse, and you will have to call down every time to get your AC turned back on. So not very energy efficient. We thought the pictures of the room on the website were misleading. The room is literally a small concrete box with a pretty bed in the middle. The “queen” bed is two beds put together. The toilet is not in it’s own enclosed room, it’s in a makeshift shower stall with an opening at the top and bottom. And finally, just so you know, there is no TV. We didn’t mind that as much, as we are on vacation and doing sightseeing things, however, it’s nice to come to the room at the end of the day and just veg in front of tv and practice our French. We would recommend it, because they were accommodating and the AC rocked, however, be aware of the toilet and TV situation.

Beautiful hotel/location - feather down bedding

This place is great and the location is beautiful, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delgithful and the staff were so nice and friendly. We just had 1 problem, all the duvets and pillows are made from feather down and both myself and my partner are allergic. We asked for alternatives but the only thing they had was 1 single duvet and 1 pillow which we had to made do with. Might be worth investing in some alternatives because sleeping was the main reason we were there, and it was pretty awful rest.

Halte d'une nuit pour visiter le musée des confluences. Hôtel très plaisant, moderne et propre. Super accueil. Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambre sobre mais design et confortable. Vue sympa sur le fleuve depuis la petite terrasse. Très calme. Pas de télévision dans la chambre. Hôtel un peu excentré. Pas de parking sécurisé à proximité (10 minutes à pieds).

Bra hotel, ingen parkering i närheten. Andra sidan gatan vid museumet är det bästa garaget. Kostar ca 30euro/natt. Ligger i lite lugnare område men med bra bussförbindelser. Familjer kan köpa dagskort för ca 7,5 eur.

The staff is what makes this property great; they were fantastic! Otherwise, unfortunately, during an extreme heat wave, the air-conditioning was broken the first night of check in and it was impossible to sleep. As well, I booked a double bed and a futon. In the futon was a very thin straw matt laid on the floor. Not what we expected for a sleeping option. Also, the bathroom is like a locker room. It is completely open to the bedroom. Not convenient for sharing a room. The view was great although there wasn’t much around to do, but again the staff for so wonderful they suggested restaurants and transportation options. I might come back if it was winter and I didn’t need two beds.

Une nuit de passage à Lyon, hôtel sympa deco sympa personnel au top par contre pas de télé dans les chambres. Une petite terrasse et la vue sur les quai de Saône Le resto était top avec un service au top Par contre le petit dej à 39€ c’est une belle arnaque. Les produits étaient bons mais de la a valoir ce prix là je ne suis pas sûr. Un percolateur en guise de cafetière, comme dans un b&b (la chaîne d’hôtel) Des cookies particulièrement secs. À mon avis ça vaut 20€ pas plus. J’ai déjà pris des petit dej continentaux dans des hôtels 4 étoiles qui étaient meilleurs pour moins cher.

Du bien et du moins bien ! Emplacement intéressant en bord de Saône, dans un nouveau quartier vivant. Très bon accueil à l’arrivée et une chambre sympathique au design soigné. En revanche, l’insonorisation entre les chambres est étonnamment mauvaise. Réveillé à 2 heures du matin par la porte des toilettes d’une chambre voisine… et tous les détails du transit intestinal de la personne rentrant d’une sortie nocturne. C’était tellement audible que j’ai cru un instant qu’une personne était entrée par erreur dans notre chambre. Je précise que je dors avec des bouchons d’oreilles… À ce niveau de tarif et pour une construction récente, c’est clairement un point manquant. Je préfère garder en mémoire le super accueil à la réception.
