Convenient, clean, and comfortable!

The building itself and furniture are not new, but cleanliness makes the feeling very cozy and comfortable. I loved the location, very close to the port, airport bus station, and the active shopping/ restaurant area. The breakfast was satisfying.

A two night stay in Dila hotel

It was a very good stay. The breakfast was good, and on the day we left, we got breakfast bags. The gym was really small, but it was better than nothing! The service was really good even though they didn’t speak English very well. I recommend also the hotel’s location, because you can reach the city center by just one ferry and the Sabiha Gokcen airport by just one subway. In a city like Istanbul, one appreciates this.

My wife and my 10 month old son and I stayed at this hotel around the first week of April 2023. Edral (the front desk manager) and staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Our room was on the first level (level above lobby). The hotel has 2 connected buildings. We stayed on the north side (further from Mühürdar Fuat Sk.) which was very quiet. The breakfast variety was great. A few minutes away to walk to Kadikoy Ferry Station. Great location and definitely I recommend this place.

1) Breakfast with our booking and restaurant was shut the due to work being done we were told. No refund was given. 2) Dirty car as you navigate the hall way to your room. 3) Room was not very clean. Bathroom show/bath was too dirty to even consider going into. 4) A lady at the reception was very rude. She never ever smiled. We run out of toilet paper and she took over 1 hour to bring us any.

We checked in late in the night. The staff was helpful. The room was very hot and there was no way the temperature could be adjusted. The linen had cigarette holes in them and furniture looked rusty and old. The surroundings was very noisy. Try to avoid if you can.

Kadiköy iskelesine çok yakın olmasından faydalandım. Kahvaltı ve temizlikten gayet memnun kaldım. Odada da sabun/şampuan/ayakkabı parlatıcı vs. detaylar vardı, teşekkürler. Günlük 2 şişe su ve 2 Metro (çikolatalı bar) ikramını da yazmadan geçmeyeyim. Tek problemim ön tarafa bakan odada sabaha karşı sanırım yoldan geçen temizlik aracından gelen gürültü ve perdelerin camdan ışık sızmasını engellememesiydi. Fakat odayı ben özellikle ön taraftan istemiştim. Sigara içilen odalar var, içmeyenlerin dikkatine... Otel müsait olduğu için ben sigarasız oda bulmakta sıkıntı yaşamadım.
