Amazing stay , recommend it 200 percent . Claudia and Massimo are a ideal hosts. Nothing missing from this cute and well furnished appartment. Bed super comfy, air-conditioning worked like a charm even in 40c weather. A 5-7 minute walk to Tiburtina train station where you can grab metro or high speed trains to see all of Italy. The appartment has a well equipped kitchen where you can enjoy food purchased locally at the grocery store. If you can actually book it don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it convenient, clean, comfortable, lovely!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved our stay at Skytower and cannot thank Massimo and Claudia enough for everything they did to make our trip so special. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome and were always on hand with helpful advice, recommendations, and support whenever we needed it. The location was perfect for exploring Rome. The Metro station is only a short walk away and made it so easy to reach all of the main tourist attractions. We also discovered some fantastic local restaurants nearby, serving great-quality food at very reasonable prices, which gave us a chance to enjoy a more authentic side of the city. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It really felt like a home away from home. Thank you again, Massimo and Claudia, for your kindness and hospitality. We would not hesitate to stay at Skytower again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

This place was clean, comfortable, had great air conditioning and Massimo (the host) was great. We had some issues with the toilet and washer but he was always available to help and resolve the issues. All in all a great stay. Just a few minutes walk to the train and metro station - was super convenient. Close to restaurants - there are plenty of places to get food and a great gelato place around the corner.

Massimo was an amazing host, had the smoothest self check in, and was so easy to communicate with, answered all my questions straight away. The apartment itself was just like in the pictures, very clean and air conditioning in every room. Although the apartment is slightly out of the centre It was about a 10 minute walk to the metro so was very quick and easy to get into the centre of Rome.

Property was great, especially for a small family or a group of friends. There are great people that manage it and we found 4 grocery stores with a few minutes of walking. Train and metro station is a short walk that will take you everywhere you want to go. Skytower is definitely a place that we would book again if ever back in Rome. Thanks Massimo

This property was in a great location. We could easily walk to local stores, pastry shops, and restaurants, even with our 5 year old in tow. The property manager, Massimo, was absolutely fantastic. 10/10 for communication. I was able to reach out to him with any questions, and for recommendations. He gave clear, concise instructions on everything. The apartment was clean, quiet, and in a safe location. We will definitely recommend Skytower to friends.

Stop searching and just book it! 🏨✨ If you’re looking for the perfect Rome base, Sky Tower Apartments is it. We stayed for 5 nights and honestly didn't want to leave. The Location & Vibe Real Rome: It’s away from the hectic tourist traps, so you actually get to see how locals live. The neighborhood has great local shops and a lovely atmosphere. Easy Commute: It’s an easy 10-minute stroll to Tiburtina Station (and that’s "slow walker" timing!). From there, you’re only 3 stops from Termini and about 30 minutes from all the big sights. The Apartment Spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully decorated. My daughter’s first reaction was a literal "Wow!"—she was not expecting it to be that nice. It was such a great surprise for the whole family. The Service (Shoutout to Max!) Max, the property manager, is a legend. Our flight landed super late and we didn't get to the flat until 2:30 AM, but Max provided crystal-clear instructions so we could get in without a hitch. He came by the next day to handle the official check-in and made everything so easy. 💡 Pro Tip: There is a tourist tax of €5 per person, per day, and heads up—you’ll need cash for this. The best part? If you head to the ATM with Max to grab the cash, he might just treat you to a cup of Italian coffee. I’m willing to bet it’ll be the most delicious, scrumptious coffee you’ve ever had. ☕️😋 Thanks for a great stay, Team Sky Tower! We’ll be back!

8/10 Very good

The flat was comfortable and clean and the air conditioning worked brilliantly which was essential for Rome in August! Close to the Metro so easy to move around Rome, about 10 minutes into Termini station and 15-20 to Spagna. Found good shops and cafes locally too - not a pretty area but lively - we enjoyed our stay.

The property is great and spacious. Host is the nicest guy I have ever met from similar bookings. There was one night we forgot our key inside the property. He came right away, at 9pm of the day, to save us. He is a pleasant man.
