Let me start by saying that property is far and hidden from downtown. Once checked in, we discovered there was no hot water. They stated pump was broken and they could not guarantee it being fixed anytime soon, this mid January. In addition, both night stand lamps did not work, phone in room did not work, had to walk across the resort to contact staff, who’s solution was to shower in the spa area which was not close to us. When we inspected the jacuzzi, it was broken and they stated our reservation did not include one, even though we had access to it. Upon immediately checking out to find a place with hot water, they stated to contact Expedia for resolution, upon contacting Expedia they referred me to the hotel and no one accepted responsibility. $176 for one night folks.

La habitación estaba llena de humedades , mal pintada , la regadera tapada , no había agua caliente , el colchón duro y las almohadas viejas y muy incómodas , la bata sucia y ya muy percudida del uso , los camastros rotos en la alberca , en general la propiedad muy mal mantenida , carísima la tarifa vs la calidad y el mantenimiento de la propiedad , el personal en general respondió muy bien a las quejas y nos dieron un buen servicio

Lo bueno, el servicio de Spa, el lugar es bonito porque está lleno de vegetación y agua; lugar ideal para relajarse un fin de semana. Lo no tan bueno, el costo de los alimentos un poco caros. Lo malo, nos tocó un día de lluvia y no había luz, ni agua, ni internet ( no hay señal de celular), tardo varias horas en resolverse el problema.

El personal muy amable y atento pero las instalaciones se ven descuidadas. En mi habitación: habían humedades, la televisión ni funcionaba, la regadera estaba tapada, el agua salió helada. Sin duda, aunque el espacio el bonito, no está a la altura considerando el costo por noche. La comida en la restaurante era buena pero muy elevado el precio.
