スタッフ：このホテルを利用するのは２度目だが、以前はカードキーで大浴場に入室できたところ、暗証番号の入力が必要な運用に変更されていた。チェックイン時に何の説明もなかったため、暗証番号がわからず、一旦部屋に戻るとう手間がかかった。 共用施設：湯上がりに休憩ルームでのアイスクリームサービスは大変ありがたいが、冷茶のサービスも欲しい。

最高のホテルです。バイクでお邪魔しましたが、駐車などでも色々とサポート頂きました。温泉も風呂上がりのアイスクリームも、夜鳴きそばも素晴らしかったです。またぜひ使いたいホテルです。

何度か泊った事がありますが、部屋・大浴場（屋上露天風呂）・朝食・夜鳴きそば・湯上りのアイス、どれをとっても、Goodです。とても宿泊していて、過ごしやすいです。又、泊まりたいなと思わせるホテルです。

ダブルベットのシングル利用のお部屋に宿泊しました。お部屋は綺麗で、ゆったり過ごせました。また、トイレとシャワーブースのユニットでしたが、お部屋の中に洗面台があったので、顔を洗う時など洗面台が広く使えて良かったです。

お盆期間中で団体客が居たにも関わらず静かで快適に過ごせました。 23時前ギリギリでしたが夜鳴きラーメンも食べることができました。 大浴場の脱衣所も綺麗。 隔階に設置されている電子レンジや氷水サービス、部屋の全身鏡がありがたい。 部屋入り口から部屋を扉で挟んでいる安心感。 普通のビジホより+αサービスを求めている際には、次回もぜひ利用したいと思った。
