Fast check-in and check-out. Great location : 3-min walk from Namba station (express train from KIX) and 5-min walk from Osaka-Namba station (Nankai Namba).

6/10 Good

Very conveniently located for Nankai Namba Station (Airport Express rail service). Good for main tourist area (Dotonbori). However, very strict check-in procedures are annoying. 3pm on the nose and no a second sooner - this is not typical for almost every other hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan (there’s usually a bit of flexibility for a weary traveller).

Nice, spacious room with everything you need (apart from a spoon to stir the coffee, haha). Everything clean and maintained. Lovely staff, especially Lee the friendly Korean receptionist 😊 I'll be back!

The hotel is very close to Nankai Namba Station — about a 3-minute walk from the exit. It’s an older property with some dated facilities, though everything was generally clean and well-maintained. The room size is slightly larger compared to many newer hotels.

Excellent Location!

Just one block away from Nankai Namba station, super convenient! Literally come out from the train station, cross the street, and the hotel is there, exactly what we need! Department stores, shopping area, and restaurants, everything is just around the corner, highly recommended!

Right in the thick of the shopping and dining district of Osaka, everything was within walking distance, and we spent so much time exploring Dotonbori. The room was typically small, but functional, and the staff were amazing, as in general mostly everyone is in Japan. I would recommend this hotel and book again in a heartbeat.

Visiting for the second time. Walkable from the station with a big suitcase. A number of choices of foods around and the room is not so small considering where it's located.

Hotel Il Cuore Namba had a great location — super close to Namba Station and easy to get around — and the staff were very nice. However, overall it was one of our least favourite stays. The room and especially the bathroom were very small, which made it feel a bit cramped and uncomfortable. If you’re just looking for somewhere basic and convenient to sleep, it does the job.
