Great choice for staying in Haarlem! The hotel is in a great area - close enough to the train station to be good for day trips, but also in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful room, very large, nice chic decor that’s not what you usually find in usual hotels. Really neat building too; from what I understand, it used to be a school. Very good attached restaurant. One note - our son was especially touched by the stuffed ‘Chico’ kitty on his bed when we arrived. We later met the real Chico prowling around the property outside!

It’s a beautiful old school building turned into a hotel. Keep in mind there is no elevator, however, staff was there to help us with our luggage. The staff is very friendly and helpful and everything was clean. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. We would love to stay there again!

Wonderful boutique hotel in a historic building with high ceilings and a welcoming atmosphere. Room was well appointed with a fantastic bed and good shower. We had a quick dinner at the restaurant, which offers a small menu. Food was very good, as was the breakfast. Staff was very friendly and location is perfect, on a quiet street in the city center near the train station and minutes walk from plenty of restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
