Infelizmente, minha experiência no hotel não foi satisfatória. Logo de início, tive uma impressão negativa em relação à limpeza do quarto. O piso apresentava um aspecto grudento/pegajoso, o que passou uma sensação desagradável e não condizente com o padrão que se espera de uma hospedagem. Também achei muito infeliz a decisão de manter uma equipe tão reduzida durante o feriado. Em diversos momentos, tive dificuldade para encontrar alguém na recepção para solicitar coisas básicas, como toalhas e outros itens necessários durante a estadia. O café da manhã também deixou bastante a desejar. Havia poucas opções, vários itens faltavam e era necessário ficar solicitando coisas que deveriam estar disponíveis normalmente. Até mesmo o café estava frio em determinado momento, e não havia pão à disposição. Pelo valor cobrado pela hospedagem, esperava uma experiência consideravelmente melhor. Além disso, as acomodações são bastante antigas e aparentam estar muito necessitadas de manutenção e renovação. No geral, a pousada transmite um certo aspecto de abandono, o que acaba comprometendo bastante a experiência do hóspede. Como ponto positivo, a localização é muito boa. Espero que esses pontos sejam considerados pela administração, pois o local tem potencial, mas precisa de melhorias significativas, principalmente em limpeza, manutenção, atendimento e qualidade do café da manhã.

Razoável , no quarto tinha TV , mais não funcionava , primeira resposta que estavam sem sinal da Sky , e pronto , a solução veio quando meu filho questionou , que quando reservamos , foi com TV , e que ele queria colocar a Netflix dele , e com tom mais ríspido , aí veio a solução , trocaram a TV por uma Smartv , piscina, primeiro dia limpa , mas com as tintas das bordas soltando , segundo dia sua de folha e cascas de tintas que estavam soltando das paredes e tetos , enfim , a pousada está velha , precisando de manutenção , funcionários educados e pacientes , café da manhã , bom , chuveiro velho , precisa urgente de manutenção , fora que queriam colocar a culpa da fechadura eletrônica ter dado problema em nós , mandaram no ZAP uma senha , sem indicação para que servia , caiu muito o nível , não indicaria para ninguém , até fazerem uma reforma.

Pousada aconchegante a um quarteirão da praia!

Ficamos numa suíte, bem decorada e com um lindo dossel com véu, o que traz aconchego e romantismo! Piscina deliciosa em 3 níveis de profundidade.
