This place was just wonderful. The hot springs are beautiful, the rooms lovely and so clean, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was delicious, and the tour guide, Neny, was just wonderful. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the animals we saw. She really enhanced our visit. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is a paradise!!

The property is glorious nestled in a tropical rainforest. We enjoyed exploring the trails out to the waterfall and Ceiba tree. Amazing surroundings, excellent dining, perfect on-site hot springs to enjoy on demand. In addition to this, we were supported by the hotel team to help us with some rental car trouble while we were there. They went out of their way to assist us, implement a quick repair and got us on our way! Without this dedication to their guests our whole vacation could have been ruined. I highly recommend this property. Thank you Fabian, for your dedication to your guests!

The hotel, restaurants, and coffee/cocoa tour were all five stars. We were very impressed and would happily come back, this is a wonderful place. Our private pool overlooking the rain forest was particularly amazing, and the kids loved the water slide into the river.

Overall this place was picturesque... everyone was very helpful went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. The only complaints I have, they were repairing the walkway lights, it was very dark at night, thank God I had a flashlight on my phone. But I did pass an elderly couple who are trying to find their room so I help them. Also their tools were left laying around. This is only temporary but it did kind of catch me off guard for such a great looking, well kept facility.

This hotel was an amazing experience for our honeymoon and first time in Costa Rica! Staff is very nice and always available to assist. The grounds are well kept and gorgeous. The pools were fun to play in, or soak at the end a long day of adventures. The slides were a nice touch. We'd love to return.
