Excellent. Great location, not too far from the airport and very close to bus station and railway station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dinning ,great menu. Hotel has its own cars for sight seeing. Very secure. Shiv Kumar was extremsly helpful in planning sight seeing itinerary. Abhinesh, driver was great and service provided was sbove and beyond. Great hotel, highly recommended

Fine hotel with excellent staff and service. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every moment from our arrival. Everybody in the hotel is friendly and welcoming. The hotel has two restaurants both serving perfect meals served by marvelous staff, We can only recomment eating there and you are very lucky if you get to meet Pooja or assistent manager Silvester. The spa is also amazing, my wife had the best massage ever by Greshma, who does an excellent job with care for your well-being. At the rooftop we had a nice swim in a well-maintained pool taken good care of by the very polite staff-member Prince. We also had our laundry done and it came back on time clean and nicely folded. Only minus for us was that there was no fridge in the room though it says so in the description of the rooms. Never the less we had an amazing stay and will go back anytime if given the oppertunity. Thank you all for doing such a great job!
