Santa Luzia B&B is a charming and cozy stay in the heart of Lisbon’s historic Alfama district. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and some offer lovely balcony views. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the delicious breakfast is a great way to start the day. A perfect choice for exploring Lisbon!

Our stay was perfect- the room was lovely and large, and the breakfast was a nice assortment of treats, yogurt, and fruit. They accommodated an early check in which was nice after a long flight. Great location if you dont mind a little noise, its a fab central location, walking distance to most places in the city, very close to the castle and plenty of public transport nearby. Very comfortable bed, plenty of plug sockets, decent WiFi and good aircon. The room was fine for what we paid, but was very small, felt it could be sligtly cleaner and if youre sensitive to noise, it can get a little busy out the front (this wasnt an issue for us however)

We liked the area, plenty of things to do within walking distance. The room itself was very small with nowhere to store clothing. On a couple of occasions we had issues with the hot water. We also would have liked to have had a safe in the room.

Absolutely wonderful staff here! I don’t think you could find more helpful friend people in all of Lisbon. Just a warning that there is quite a bit of noise that comes from the street below. But don’t let that stop you from booking, just bring earplugs or turn on a white noise app and you’ll be fine.

Staff was nice and welcoming Electrical fuses blew out just because I increased fan speed on the AC unit, had to keep fan at medium speed to avoid fuses blowing again. AC unit was dripping water on the floor Area around the hotel was very lively, sometimes until 2-3am, which got annoying after a few days Breakfast was very good Coffee was awful, thankfully Orange Juice was delicious to make up for it Room was generally clean otherwise no furniture besides bed, 1 chair and the TV Would recommend more for younger travellers

Convenient location, good restaurants nearby. However, nobody at reception, system did not work, problems with check in and even getting in. Multiple disappointing issues with the room, like lacking bulbs, leaking shadow. This is not my first stay in Lisbon, so I know there are other good hotels (more expensive though).
