Great location, walking distance to almost everything, and friendly owner. But the walls were extremely thin and therefore you heard everything that happened in the foajรฉ, loud enough to wake you up. Cleaning was mediocre, the fan in the toilet was dusty and there was hair in the shower drain.

The location of the guest house was very convenient to the center of Rome. We were near the Spanish steps. Lots and lots of dining options around the location. Very easy check-in. We took advantage of getting transportation to and from the airport with them, and everything worked out perfectly. Would definitely stay there again.

Room had great character, with high wood beamed ceiling, in what had been a granary probably a hundred years ago. It was in a very central and walkable location, really close to the Spanish Steps.

Great location to many of the important places to visit, within walking distance to the metro, and lots of excellent restaurants in this pretty cobblestoned area. The guesthouse itself was lovely and well appointed with all necessary amenities. Staff was extremely helpful. If we come back to Rome, we will certainly stay here. Thank you.

Excellent location and a lovely little hotel/B&B. Room was clean, comfy bed. Easy to get in contact with Marta via Whatsapp for questions such as arrival arrangement or taxi service. We had no breakfast included but the area is excellent when it come to restaurants and coffe shops. Walking distance to many of the famous sites however would recommend to walk regardless, Rome is best discovered on foot.

Fun small place. It is a great location! You are right in the center of shopping and restaurants! Close to the metro but walking distance to almost everything! We were out early and in late so didnt get to try breakfast... We felt safe in the area!

I did enjoy my stay and I loved the vintage style of the room. The key ๐Ÿ”‘ was a little problematic as itโ€™s hard to use most times. Host left some yummy snacks and water upon arrival and it was well received.
