I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel and the room were not properly cleaned. The overall cleanliness was far below what I would expect from any hotel. The location was also very inconvenient, being much farther from the city centre than expected. On top of that, several facilities in the room were in poor condition. The shower was broken, the bathroom sink was damaged, and there was visible mould in the bathroom, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The condition of the room was so unacceptable that I regretted my booking on the same day I checked in. In fact, I decided to check out the very same day and move to a different hotel because I did not feel comfortable staying there.

don’t waste your money

From the moment we arrived, we realised that the hotel looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, the bed was dirty, yellow and definitely slept in, while the shower was full of mould. The floors were full of dust and we couldn’t walk without shoes. There were cobwebs and spiders all around, and the door wouldn’t lock unless locked first and harshly pulled. We ended up going out for an hour to decide what to do, and when we came back the whole floor of the 1st floor where we were meant to be staying had a big puddle of water that was continuously expanding, probably coming from another room. This was the last push for us and we ended up packing our bags at 10.30 pm and left the hotel to find somewhere else to stay. We had just arrived from Kos Island and had a flight to London the next morning so it was definitely very inconvenient. As we were waiting for a taxi outside, the whole electricity of the hotel was shut off (probably due to a health hazard with the flooding), and we realised we left at the exact right time.

sadece yatmak için kullanacak olsak bile yazmak istedim. oda temizliği normaldi. balkon olmaması büyük bir eksik. 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk konaklayacağımız beliyken odada çocuklar için bir hazırlık yapılmamıştı. terlik havlu yetersizdi. özellikle banyo berbattı. duşakabinin kapısı yok, havlu asacağınız havluluk yok, saç kurutma makinesi yok, lavabo musluğu boşta sallanıyor ve pas içinde. kısacası f/p oteli dermisiniz bilemem. biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. banyo yenilenip biraz daha özen gösterilse çok iyi olabilecek bir otel. konum olarak sahile yakın. birde her yerde kedi köpek var. hayvan severiz ama kahvaltı yaparken masamıza üzerimize çıkanı değil. bu hayvan olayı bodrumun genel sıkıntısıymış. tatil planı yapanlar için ne derece önemli olur bilemem ama yazmak istedim.

Sadece konumu itibari ile güzel. Otele araçla gitmek için mecburen bi otoparkın içinden geçiyorsunuz, otelden çıkarken otopark ücreti istiyorlar. Yani otelin otoparkı yok, kahvaltı tabağı anca bir çocuk için yeterli gelebilir. Odamızda pencere açılmıyordu. Otelin etrafında bir çok altarnetif var değerlendirilebilir.

Odalar görseldeki gibi değil daha küçük. Oda rezervasyonu yaparken kat gözükmediği için zemin kata attılar bizi her otele geleni biz karşılıyorduk sanki odalar çok ses geçiriyor dışardaki sesler direkt geliyor artı olarak karşı odadaki kişi kurutma makinesi çalıştırınca sanki bizim odada çalışıyordu.

BÜTÜN GECE KAPIMIZI YUMRUKLAYIP KAÇAN TİPLER KALIYOR!! Bütün gece sabaha kadar otelde konaklayan saçma tiplerin gürültüleri ve kapımızı yumruklayıp kaçmalarından uyuyamadık. Farklı odalarda ki diğer insanlar dahil sabaha bir çok kişi şikayetçiydi. Otel sahibiyle konuştuğumuz da hiçbir şekilde ilgilenmedi. Kaldığımız oda resepsiyon yanında olmasına rağmen duymadık denildi. Otel sorumluluk ve güvenlik vs hiç bir şekilde üstlenmiyor. Elini kolunu sallayan gece giriyor dolaşıyor. Müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır!!

Buraya bırakın otel veya apart demeyi günlük oda kiralama tesisi bile denmez. Telefonda ve lafta çok ilgili gibi gözüken bu ekip (başta patron) sadece daha fazla para kazanacak şekilde düşük kalite, oda değiştirerek yeni rezervasyon kaçırmama gibi işlerle meşgul. Özetle sokakta kalmamak için 1 gece kalınabilir ama tatil için asla.
