This house was perfect for downtown Key West. Close enough for all the good eats, bars, water adventures, night life, etc but far enough that you felt away from all the craziness on Duval St. The pool was very relaxing and the property is very charming and peaceful. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. I can't say enough about how great Lois is, so accommodating and communicative. Fast to respond and even called me after I asked a question! What? A person to person conversation? Just simply amazing and highly recommend.

Large room for a guest house in KW. Full kitchen and separate sitting area. Odd, no reception and confusion finding room and key access code. Served its purpose. Quiet and quaint. Accommodations dated and could be updated and a good power wash.

My husband and I had one of our most relaxing vacations at the Hollinsed House. Very clean and comfortable rooms, the kitchen is a great plus with a grocery store around the corner. I appreciate Lois the manager of the property, who was available for any questions. We just rented bicycles and traveled State Park Beaches and restaurants. It's a nice quiet place to rest after sightseeing all day. Thank you for reading.

I loved the way the cottage was tucked in a private area. The unit was clean and well appointed. The little pool was very nice and clean. The parking was the only problem as there were only two spaces other than street parking and there were no open spots on the street.

Two thumbs up!

We've stayed at Hollinsed House three times in the last year and it never disappoints. So close to Duval yet quiet and relaxing. The fully stocked kitchenette has everything you need to make your meals and t's only a few blocks to Fausto's Market, so we always make a trip there to get a few groceries. Everything is always clean and the pool is so inviting. Lois is wonderful to work with if you have any questions or concerns.

Roosters…ugh

Horrible parking otherwise the stay was nice. Warm pool, a bit small. Bed was comfortable but shower is tiny. Musty smell in closets, we just kept clothes in our suitcases. Loved the privacy, very quiet besides the roosters that started squawking at 4am.

Two suggestions: The bed was saggy and gave me a bad backache. And darker window coverings in the bedroom would help. It gets awfully bright in there awfully early. Other than that, it was beautiful!
