Very cosy place in an absolutely wonderful small town and région, the price of the hotel is very interesting for the location and the service included. Also the staff is very careful and helped us to reach Kayseri airpory at 4am. I higly recommend this place !

Don't ever book this hotel. this is kind of scam/fraud. We booked this hotel when we had plan to visit the cappadocia with our travel agent. But one of us got Covid when we were in Athens. the authorities didn't let us to board for the flight. So we had to cancel this tour plan because we didn't had any other choice. we called hotel many times but no one pick up. and then we called Expedia to cancel this reservation and refund. Expedia tried to call them and no one pick up then they called again someone from hotel said manager not there call later. even it was day time. they kept us waiting until the our reservation time start. then we called again to Expedia. The hotel staff told them that we already checked in and we are there in cappadocia. Like how come? we was unable to fly turkey then how we checked in. When we was concerned about our health and safety, these hotel people was thinking just about the money. we was tried to cancel the booking 4 days before our reservation days but they was the one who was playing games. Anyways. If you book this hotel, be ready to lose your money if you have to cancel or change the plan due to any reason.

Thus far this is the best hotel of all our hotels that we stayed for this 15 day trip. This is the 5th hotel. It’s a cave hotel with quite unique character. The staff who mostly man the hotel stays there and is always available.

Kahvaltı menüsü yeterliydi, iki gün kahvaltı yaptık türler aynıydı fakat hep aynı ise değişiklik yapılabilir. Temizliği gayet iyiydi. Wifi olmasına rağmen arada sırada bağlantı sorunları yaşanıyordu ama çok sıkıntı olmadı. Konumu gayet iyi hem otogara hem merkeze çok yakın. Konaklama için gayet yeterli fiyat/performans oteli.
