We’re a family of five, and we stayed in a really special suite! The only thing was that we had a bit of trouble understanding each other because of the language barrier. Overall, it was great—the room was clean, had an ocean view, and was family-friendly. The breakfast was amazing too! They had 100 different kinds of food from 8 to 10 a.m., so you definitely shouldn’t miss that.

There was blood on the corner of the bedsheets and the shower floor and walls were filthy and moldy. We called the front desk and were taken to a different room down the hall, which was not a sea view like we paid for. When we told the assistant that we paid for a sea view room, he told us that there was no other room and there was no price difference. This is not true. We paid extra for the sea view room, but we were not given any discount or anything to make up for the trouble. Very dissapointing.
