10/10 Exceptional

Room was clean no issues if your concern is bug related or previous stays with stains, the bathroom works perfectly well providing hot water and appropriate water pressure. Staff was amazing helped me print a visa for my next destination and are willing to give out local tips and food recommendations. Easy for transfers to find from airport and about 30-40 minutes away given traffic.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was very clean, and the shower had a strong and steady supply of hot water. The staff were extremely kind. they even lent me an umbrella when it rained and helped arrange a taxi. There are many similar-looking hotels nearby, so it might be a bit hard to find at first. However, the staff at the surrounding hotels were also very helpful and kindly gave directions, so it wasn’t a problem at all.

Excellent hotel, well located in Thamel, very comfortable and terrific value for money. Bibas and his staff could not have been more helpful during our 8 night stay, going above and beyond by providing me with care and support after I sprained my ankle badly. The Indian breakfast option is delicious and proved to be a huge hit with our party. Would have no hesitation recommending.
