Chiaia Suites is an awesome family owned bed and breakfast. It is really clean and the owners go out of their ways to help you. The breakfast and coffees are SO DELICIOUS. We also had the chance to meet Felice who drove us around from the airport and to the train station. He also offered an amazing tour but we only had 2 days in Napoli.I will return there and stay longer than 2 days next time.

Hospedagem em uma ótima localização, muito próxima a via Chiaia e Toledo. O atendimento prestado por todas funcionárias foi excepcional, muito eficiente, educado e prestativo. O quarto era bom, porém a porta não possuía isolamento acústico e com isso o barulho das pessoas no corredor e no café da manhã acabaram incomodando um pouco. Por uma desatenção de minha parte, não comuniquei o horário de chegada para o check-in no domingo e por isso tive de pagar uma multa de 20 euros. Acho que a informação dos valores da multa deveriam estar explícitos no comprovante da reserva, mas só encontrei essa informação já dentro do quarto. Este foi o primeiro hotel que fiquei que não entrou em contato comigo para saber o horário do meu check-in, e por isso me descuidei nessa questão. Fora isso, tudo foi muito bom.

Camere pulite,pesonale colazioni simpatico e disponobile, colazione ottima ed abbondante, possibilitá di lasciare il bagaglio anche dopo il check out, torneró sicuramente. la struttura si trova in una strada di passaggio quindi si sente il rumore delle auto. ATTENZIONE , durante le festivitá il check in é fino alle 14 e non é specificato su hotels.com , se si arriva dopo le 14 c'é una penale di 20 euro!
