Great spacious villa. It’s wonderful to have two private onsen baths in the room (one indoor and one outdoor). Staff was very courteous, efficient and always ready to assist. I was greeted by a staff member the moment I got out of my car (in the parking lot across the road from the reception area!).

The dinner and breakfast were so good and the staff was so nice to explain to us about every dish. It also provided transfer from and to the train station, so convenient. We booked 4 rooms, each has its own layout. So relax to have onsen in each room. We will stay in this property again if we are back to Yufuin.

I loved everything about the Yufuin Bettei Itsuki. The staff had amazing service. We stayed in the Sakura room and it was perfect. The 2 onsens were so great. We added on the Kaiseki breakfast and dinner and everything was so delicious! I hope to stay here again in the future.
