The location is fantastic but the entire 2nd floor reeked of backed up sewer water making time in the room extremely uncomfortable. The middle of the floors were mopped but there was dirt all around the perimeter of the room. The room itself was very basic, cramped and the air conditioning minimal. The best part of the room was the balcony overlooking the back alley (an escape from the smell) but housekeeping never house stepped foot on it the five nights we were there. We stayed in nine other hotels over our vacation period and this was the only hotel who had an up-charge for standard bacon & eggs at the breakfast buffet. The common areas were well maintained but the room itself was highly disappointing ; never again!
