Excellent hotel! They will drive you to dinners, health club and mountain with their shuttles. No need to rent a car. Very clean community. We really enjoyed our stay and I skied everyday. Great restaurants around in walking distance.

From the shuttle bus to the mountain and extra drop offs and picks up in town the service is hard to beat. The free airport pick up and drop off is also incredibly helpful. Excellent location and hopping post ski.

The airport shuttle is very convenient with amazing staff! This is a great location with easy check in and check out. Our needs were accommodated with no hassle. The free breakfast was great for what it is! And, can we say more about the pools! The facility is very nice. It is modern, but is still acknowledging the history behind the site. Also a great location to access all of downtown Ketchum but also easy to get to either the mountain or Sun Valley

Compliments to the Hotel management and the employees who served us. They went above and beyond. They were welcoming, courteous and efficient. The hotel location is great. It’s walkable to the local restaurants etc. a fantastic deli/market is opposite the hotel fir any essentials and more. The hotel restaurant has ample patio dining which was perfect since we will not dine inside due to COVID-19 issues. The wait staff at the bar and the restaurant were great too. The rooms are roomy, comfortable and well appointed with plenty of storage!!! Thank you to all that make this happen!! Will love to return!

Lovely But Stay Impacted By Construction & Traffic

The hotel was a lovely spot near Sun Valley in the early fall that was super easy to find. The staff bent over backwards to enhance our stay. Breakfast was varied and you could even watch them make your handmade pizza at the bar. It was also wonderful that the village was easily navigated on foot and close to several amazing dining options. The paved bike trail is also very close by. There was an initial mixup with keys when they attempted to provide us with early check-in so they granted us an upgraded corner room that was massive with a nice fireplace and soaking tub. Unfortunately, our room was right on the main street with endless traffic and across from a construction site that all became quite active at 6:30AM. We opted not to move the 2nd night since we planned to leave early the next day.
