Very misleading

A very missleading stay from what is advertised. There is a spa although you have to pay €19.50pp to use it. The “hot tub” in the spa is just a 1 person jacuzzi bath which you must also buy on top of the spa costs. At night all the heating was turned off so it was very cold. Room was clean and quiet though. all the machines for coffee etc only take coins so make sure you bring plenty with you. The restaurant next door was absolutely incredible and reasonably priced though

We had been excited to book a three bedroom apartment with two baths and kitchen and balcony. Our apartment had no balcony, instead a patio with a large van that belonged to hotel blocking any view. Blinds were in terrible shape and outside lights kept all bedrooms lit and we like rooms dark when we sleep. One of the two baths was a half bath which was fine, but the other bath lacked a toilet, just shower and sink. So only one toilet. No locks on bathroom door witg shower. Trash in half bath had not been emptied. Corners in living room dirty. Kitchen had stove, sink, small fridge. No microwave. Plus was size of bedrooms. But we were very disappointed in the upkeep of our room.

The room was fine only once we were able to locate it as the map was outdated and the path outside to get to the room was dark. The check-in procedure was terrible. No front desk assistance. No pin number sent by email by the hotel to get key to access room. No answer to the hotel phone support. Expedia was very courteous in assisting us. The tried to call the hotel as well with no answer. A few people were in the same predicament at the hotel door. Luckily, a few people were together trying to reach hotel support, supporting each other. After an hour of trying to check-in, a hotel rep finally answered. The pin given over the phone did not release the key. The hotel rep gave us another pin to another room which then worked. All in all, as it was late and we were tired, not a pleasant situation at all.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We had to wait more than 1.5 hours just to check in because there was no one available to assist us. After finally getting into the room, we immediately noticed that the hotel was not clean and clearly not well maintained. The spa facilities were broken and unusable, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel in the first place. The breakfast was also very disappointing and completely unlike what you would expect from a German hotel. This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in Germany. Honestly, it does not even deserve one star. We are also very disappointed with the reviews on Hotels.com, as they did not reflect the actual condition and experience of this hotel at all. Hotels.com should make these kinds of issues much clearer in their reviews, especially when the reality is so different from what is advertised elsewhere.

Conditions at hotel are ok but check in process is a nightmare. No front desk. We have to use entry panel. We have follwed to the instruction but can't walk inside. Have to call to very unpleased lady and after phone, somehow, key felt down from drawer. After 30min process with nerves we walked in to room.

This place reeked of cigarette smoke! It was confusing to find our room but the front desk helped us. There were workers (?) sitting outside the bathroom window smoking. The toilet ran constantly and there were webs/bugs everywhere. The floor was dirty and left dirt on your feet there was also water in the hot pot which made me question what else hadn’t been washed. It was super HOT- the heater was on in the back bedroom and we couldn’t turn it off so we had to open every window and pray nobody jumped through it. Seemed like a hostel but without a shared bathroom. Also 1 toilet for potentially 6 people staying there. Shower was nice once I figured it out but the water in the sink fluctuated from hot to cold constantly. Breakfast was terrible- hard piece of bread and minimal coffee.

Stort set intet personale, alle facaliter var lukket, restaurant lukket, morgenmad elendighed og ikke nok, ingen opfyldning. Automater til drikkevarer, slik og snaks virkede ikke eller var tomme. Virkelig dårligt hotel, jeg på alle måder vil fraråde. Vi kommer aldrig igen.

Struttura senza aria condizionata. La camera era dotata di un ventilatore assolutamente insufficiente, nell’ alloggio c’erano 40 gradi, mancava in sapone in doccia ed abbiamo dovuto chiedere un rotolo di carta igienica. Il personale alla reception però è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile.
