We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Rosa. The staff we extremely helpful, providing excellent tips for dinner and even booking tables for us. All of which were within a 10 minute walk. They even went above and beyond by helping me print tickets for an event. The room, for a family of 4, had a spacious layout and the view was very impressive. The breakfast buffet was excellent, more than meeting our expectations.

Professional staff. Good location. Surprisingly uncomfortable bed. The heat was inadequate so the room was cold. It seemed the thermostat was maxed out at 68f. And that wasnt the freezing tile floor. I slept in long underware and a hat.

Airport shuttle is an expensive self booked taxi!

Immaculately clean hotel, quiet and ideally positioned in town. Reception staff very helpful & friendly. Room on top floor with lake view amazing. Didn’t use spa at €30/hr, as hotel residents don’t think we should be charged. Did not use restaurant but menu looked nice. Biggest annoyance is the ad of airport shuttle available. Booked this hotel for this reason alone but then discovered that to book it I had to phone a taxi driver who they recommend at a cost of €160 one way!!

Quiet, clean, and comfortable but very basic hotel with minimalistic facilities and spartan design (only unique feature was the pseudo artistic, quasi erotic naked lady picture in the bedroom. Staff was nice enough but not out of their way. Location is great in town center near good restaurants and close enough to the water. Overall a bit disappointed at the value for money of the place as it is priced and positions itself as 4 stars and offers way less than the alternatives in the area.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 4 nuits. La chambre était propre. Quelques équipements ayant vécu certes mais en bon état général. Literie confortable et hôtel assez calme. Le petit déjeuner EXTRA. Mention ++ pour ce point. Et la situation super sur Baveno. Petit bémol le prix du parking mais bon cela n'entachera pas la note globale. Si l'on repasse sur le lac majeur nous reviendrons.
