The pros are the location and the big shower space. The cons are no hand soap. TV is not working properly. Still have a lot of hair on floor after cleaning. Their website showing a laundry room picture, but there is actually no laundry in the hotel. The worst thing is that the staff asked me not to throw used toilet paper into the toilet bowl, used tissue should be thrown into the garbage bin which is a serious hygienic problem.

The hotel is baseball themed, so if you like baseball you'll feel very happy here. Staff is very friendly and explains the facilities. Besides breakfast, they also offer "afternoon tea" with free snacks, ice cream and drinks. We booked the largest double room which had a very good, comfortable size for two people. The only downside: - The shower drain was clogged and water could barely get out, making it more of a bathtub than a shower. - The room was advertised with a "queen bed". Instead they just moved two single beds together, leaving a very hard and uncomfortable area in the middle. - Cleanliness was good in general, but some areas were not taken care of. The mosquito screens at the window had very thick layers of dust, which felt rather uncomfortable since they were partially above the bed. At least when I mentioned it on checkout, they were sorry and we got a little gift. - The laundry driers are waste of money. We tried medium and high heat, spent $60 for it and both times it just stayed completely cold, not drying at all. Do yourself a favor and go to a nearby laundry shop instead of wasting money in the hotel.

I will not stay here again. The staff was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice, but average. The room I stayed in was the problem. As I walked into my room, the first thing I noticed was the worn down wallpaper behind were you place the hotel key to power up the room. Then as I walked to the bathroom, it got progressively worse. First of all, you have to walk over a 5 inch threshold to enter the bathroom. There is no hand soap provided by the sink, only in the shower. Let's talk about the shower - NASTY! Mold everywhere, doors, floors, corners, shower head. While our maid gave us fresh towels everyday, our bed was never maid. The room also had several mosquitoes flying around. After several days I still have mosquito bites all over my legs. I don't think the bites are bedbugs. The room was larger than most hotels in Taiwan, but the full size bed was small, they only provided 3 hangers and no room safe. The baseball theme is nice, but the rooms are nasty. Stay away.
I can only add 8 photos, but notice the high & dirty the threshold.
The shower hasn't been cleaned in months.

ユニーク！野球好きな人なら相当楽しめると思います。 窓ありのダブルルーム、窓なしのダブルルームにそれぞれ一泊ずつしました。 どちらも部屋の広さは十分でした。 ベッドのリネン類、バスルームなど全て清潔でした。 ・トイレと洗面台→欧米人向けの高さになっているので、小柄な人は鏡など使いづらいです。トイレに紙は流せませんが、ウォシュレットです。 ・風呂→シャワーのみ。バスタブはありません。 ・アメニティ→シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディシャンプー、フェイスタオル、バスタオル。 歯ブラシやクシ、部屋着はありません。 ・冷蔵庫→どちらも部屋に入ると冷蔵庫の扉が開いた状態でした。コンセントが繋がってることを確認し、中のダイヤルを回して温度を下げればちゃんと作動して中を冷やせました。 ・テレビ→普通の台湾のテレビ番組が映ります。電源がなかなか入らず、時間が少しかかります。 ・窓ありの部屋→窓を開けることはなかったですが、小さくても部屋の明るさが窓なしと違います。眺めは隣のビルです。天井が高くて気持ちの良い部屋でした。 ・窓なしの部屋→部屋が広く、バスルームとの仕切りもあるので、密室感や湿度がこもる感じは全くありませんでした。若干天井が低く、室内が暗い印象がありますが、こちらにはカウチというか、子供ならベッドにもなる大きさの長椅子がありました。その上で寛いでテレビを見たり、お土産を並べて整理したりしました。 ・アクセス→MRT美麗島駅から徒歩5分程度です。雨天時は、建物に沿って歩けば屋根があるので、ほとんど濡れないで行けると思います。ただし台湾の歩道はバイクの駐車と工事と大きな段差だらけなので、スーツケースは徒歩に時間がかかることは留意してください。 ・ホテルの周囲→六合夜市には徒歩7〜8分程度。近隣のお店には入りませんでしたが、ランチや朝食の屋台などがあったと思います。ローカルな商店街通りの中にあるホテルなので、夜遅くに帰ってきても、駅からホテルまでの帰る間の道に危険なムードはありません。 ・その他→お湯沸かしポット、マグカップ、水のペットボトル、烏龍茶と紅茶のティーバックがデスクの上にありました。 ・室内に貴重品用の金庫はありません。スリッパと全身を映せる鏡も無かったと思います。 ・16時〜22時まで、一階の食堂でスイーツとソフトドリンク類の無料提供があります。アイスクリーム8種類、日本の葛桜のような餅菓子やミニロールケーキ、ゼリー類などの他に、炊飯器と煮込んだお肉の鍋があって、ルーロー飯を自分でよそって食べられるようになってました。小さなパイのような中華風のおやき？が置いてある日もありました。 ・朝食は上記と同じ場所です。お粥とご飯を中心とした中華の惣菜、パンをメインとした欧米風の惣菜が主なものでしたが、野菜炒めやサラダが豊富なのがありがたかったです。ちなみに食堂のテレビでは大リーグや日本のプロ野球をずっと流しています。 ・観光で利用しましたが、全体的にはかなり満足しました。館内の廊下に敷き詰められた人工芝や、有名選手のユニフォームやサインボール、野球のボールを使った電気スタンド、ホテルスタッフの背番号入りユニフォームなど、至る所に野球愛が感じられる、とてもユニークなホテルだと思います。
