We extended our stay a night due to a cancelled flight and he was able to accomodate us. The restaurant that provides the bed and breakfast packed a lunch for us for one of our tours at no charge. I cannot say enough positive things about this stay and Milka- the proprietor. The rooms are right in the old town. Perfect location. Clean. Very comfortable. Honestly- one of the best features is Milka. He is so great at communication and at getting you everything that is needed. My daughter was coming in at 11:30 at night. I arranged to have Milka pick her up at the airport. It went very smoothly and even walked her to where the rooms are to make sure she felt comfortable. (there are no cars allowed in the old town portion of Split). Whatever you want, he can get it for you- or will know someone that can do it. He was GREAT. There is no elevator- so be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs… but you are staying in an ancient city- so a few minutes of lugging your luggage up stairs is absolutely worth it. If I could give him 10 stars- I would!
