地域周辺の施設より安価なのは助かりましが設備や備え品には不満を覚えました。施設も温泉付き観光ホテル（旅館）、ビジネスホテル、素泊まり型ホテルと色々なタイプの施設を提供されていますが備え付け品や部屋の設備は残念な気がします。 価格的にも利用したい方は多くいると思うので努力いただきたく思いました。

洲本のバスセンターから近くて便利でした。　初めての淡路島を楽しむ事が出来ました。 海月館の大浴場とサウナも利用させて頂け、海を見ながらカモメの鳴き声聞きながらの露天風呂最高でした。

お風呂が併設のホテルに入り放題がよかった。 ただ、禁煙部屋を指定したにもかかわらず、たばこのにおいが気になった。 トイレが狭くて使いづらかった。 平日なのでお手頃で泊まれたが、施設の古さからみたら、土曜日の価格設定は高すぎるように思う。 今回泊まった価格が妥当かと思う。

2度目の利用で慣れたせいか不満は少なかった。 宿泊棟とチェックインの本館とが別なのですぐ前の駐車場が埋まっていると少し離れた駐車場から歩かないといけないので雨の日は不便。
