Great location!

We did have an issue with the shower. I am tall and the shower was tight for me. We were also unable to keep the shower head steady which resulted in getting a lot of water on the floor of the bathroom. The shower was also very slick/slippery which could easily be solved with the addition of a bathmat. That said, the hotel was lovely and located in a very convenient part of the city. The room was comfortable and the staff were terrific--from contacting us before we arrived and being very helpful during our stay. I would easily return to stay here if the shower issue could be resolved.

The location is superb, so close to the main tourist must do’s and also close to metro for going further afield - Christina is amazing and so very helpful. The tourist information is right next door and organised all our trips for us with a smile. Taxi rank is just around the corner and taxis cheaper than shuttle to and from hotel - lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance

Treasure find

What a gem, wish I was spending more time in this cute place. Starting with Claudio, he replied to my concerns promptly and I was able to accommodate my luggage there until check in time in order to enjoy sites. Clean, cozy, comfortable bed, safe, and shower/bathroom was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

Great location. Short walk from everything

We arrived early and were greeted by friendly staff who took our luggage and showed us where we could freshen up after a long day of traveling. Once we got our room, we were very happy with the size and cleanliness. It was a very quiet building, and we had no issues with anything in the room. 10/10, would recommend.

The room itself was ok but the shower was awful. The head was completely broken as well as the slider. Also the room was not cleaned during the stay. Replacement towels were given on the last day

Nada a reclamar.
