The hotel looks good, but the service is sub-par. It began in the reception where it feels like they are citing some formal manual for receiving guests, however the word ”attentiveness” must have slipped their minds. The English level is not the best, and leaves room for misinterpretation, however they dont seem to be aware of it since they seem to get offended if you try to repeat yourself without having to listen to their strict explanations. Waiters seem depressed at the restaurants and informed me that kitchen closes at 10:30 and left you with a feeling of that you bother them. Toilet floor was wet from the toilet brush when you entered. Not so fresh. View a bit depressing. The gym was big, but the seats of the bikes were slippery and the one that wasnt you couldnt regulate resistance level. Sauna apparently 75 degrees, but didnt feel warm enough.
