Great location for City Centre
Good location for the city centre. Easy self check in, although I did have to call for the security number. Although room was labelled as small it was large compared to modern houses. Instructions were easy to follow and clear. Good value accommodation.

The check in process was horrendous, the map took us to a different location and it was hard to find the real location because of the way they described the location. Should just have the proper address for maps. Other than that, the place was nice!

Location was good, staff was friendly. But didn’t like the breakfast, they only had cold breakfast options that too no staffs to assist. No hot food no kettle to make tea at the dining area. And they charged £9 pp only for 2 slices of bread and a cup of milk. Fruits kept at the table was rotten. And they never cleaned our room during our 4 days of stay even after requesting.

Cute spot, very convenient location, super quiet street. The room itself was a bit cold though, the heaters wouldn’t produce any heat. The soap dispensers in the shower were empty. Aside from that, it was great! The little kettle and tea / coffee provided was nice and cookies!

The whole place was super clean, we got a cute attic type room. Hosts were also very friendly, and the street it’s on is very nice as well

Owner, Kathleen, is very nice, friendly and accommodating. She has the most adorable dog. The place has a cosy vibe with dim lighting (which I like). There is complimentary breakfast every morning. Tons of tourist leaflets, books to read, microwave, toaster and even board games. Fyi, shower has low water pressure, rooms can get hot and toilet button needs to be held for a long time to flush. Also, there is a hill to climb to get to the property if walking.

Disappointing
The property was so untidy and the bathroom was so disappointing. The water pressure was horrible even with power shower. We were given the room in the second floor. There was no lift facility and we had to carry our heavy luggage’s with lots of struggle. This place was a run down mess. We would love to visit Inverness again but will definitely give a miss to this place.

Inverness B&B
A very friendly welcome from Kathleen to her lovely Victorian B & B. The room was comfortable and was easily accessible from the free car park. 3 pubs close by and the city was in close walking distance. Highly recommended.

The property manager was very accommodating. The room itself was a bit small but was everything we needed. A good 10 minute walk to the main city. Would stay again.

Friendly and Good location. Did not pay extra for breakfast- walked to coffee house. Clean but dated and towels old and very rough.
