2/10 Poor

The attention from the staff is good, but the cleanliness of the hotel is terrible.

I like this hotel bc is very near to restaurants and downtown. I did not like the strong Pinol desinfectante odor in the room. Poor plastic silverware and paper cups to use for breakfast. Reflective of poor quality service.

4/10 Fair

The reception staff were very friendly, but the restaurant staff were very rude. The room was fine, but the bathroom was very dirty and very old; it needs a renovation, and the TV didn't have a good signal.

2/10 Poor

Did not like that the rooms they gve us were next to the hotel maintenance area. A large pile of garbage which included food stuff sat just outside our door. How anyon could think that was ok is beyond me.
