8/10 Very good

Very handy hotel, close to town. Room for 3 adults was great. Check in etc was all fine and spacious and lovely balcony. Only negative was having to pay 15 chf to park at the hotel, when it was free in town on a sat or 1 chf.in a parking lot.

This hotel was just what I needed when extending our trip due to my husband’s skiing accident. It was quiet, safe, clean, and close enough to walk to the hospital. The staff was kind, helpful, and did all they could to ease some of the stresses I had. Thank you!

Nice little hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice staff. A good restaurant on site and a decent breakfast. Parking available. Easy to walk into center of Sion to see all of the historic sites.

8/10 Very good

My suite was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a big balcony. The bathroom was kinda small and very basic. There's no air conditioning at this property; they provide fans, though. The room is advertised as having a mountain view, which is sort of true. I would have preferred a room with views over the castle and fortress, which I could glimpse from the end of the balcony. All in all, it's good value for money. Nothing spectacular, just adequate. The only real con: There's no peephole and no dead bolt on the door, just a regular lock. As a woman traveling alone, this didn't make me feel very safe.

Big junior suite, very comfortable for family of four at a good price for the region. Staff set up pack and play for toddler. Room had lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. Staff was very helpful. Good breakfast. Small playground outside breakfast room for kids to play while parents have coffee. Good restaurants close by. Would stay again.

Hotels.com confirmed a booking that did not exist and then did nothing to help me find another booking for the night

6/10 Good
