They charge you even when you don’t stay.

This hotel is a complete scam and should not even be in business. They advertise one thing online, but when you arrive the reality is totally different. The building is run down, the elevators don’t work, and the rooms are nothing like the photos. It is unsafe, dirty, and completely misrepresented. On top of that, when I challenged the charges for a stay I never completed, they tried to twist the story and claim I had used the room in full. They provide misleading and false information to cover themselves instead of addressing their terrible conditions and lack of service. This is not just bad hospitality — it’s fraud. They are in the wrong completely, and their so-called “evidence” doesn’t change the fact that this hotel is falsely advertising and deceiving customers. Do not trust them with your money or your personal information.

Avantajlar: Lokasyon, İdeal jakuzi, Mini balkon, Az miktarda jakuzi köpüğü jeli, Mini buzdolabının kaliteli soğutması, Mutfak ekipmanları. Dezavantajlar: Şampuan/sabun/duş jeli yok, tek kişilik havlu (2 kişiydik), Temizlik (yatak sehpa halı orta/fazla kirli), ciddi su basıncı yetersizliği (en kötü dezavantaj buydu), odanın metrekaresinin doğru olmaması (ciddi küçük), klima yön ayarının olmaması, kirli jakuzi. Elbette inanılmaz kötü değil. Fiyatına göre uygun imkanlar. Ancak beklentiyi çok yükseltmişler. Bu hayal kırıklığına yol açıyor. Oda eşyaları çok kaliteli, ama ilgisiz bakımsız bırakılmış. Oda temiz, çalışanlar iyi Klima güzel çalışıyor hepsi iyide ben başka bir konuya dikkat çekmek istiyorum. 3 gün önceden standard oda için rezervasyon yaptım ama otelin en küçük odası olan 101 nolu oda kalan tek boş olduğundan mecburen kabul ettim. Önceki kalışımda yine standard oda rezervasyonu yapmıştım ve 206 nolu odayı vermişlerdi ve bu oda daha büyüktü. Neticede şı-unu fark ettim; Önce gelen misafir normal oda alıyor . Geç kalırsanız elde kalan en küçük odayı kabul etmek zorundasınız . Bu durumda önceden yapılan rezervasyonun bir önemi kalmıyor. Aynı cins odaya mademki aynı ücret alınıyor bu soruna bir çözüm bulunmalı diye düşünüyorum.

Fiyat performans açısından kalınabilir İdare eder m4 metrosuna yürüme mesafesi otelin asansörü bozuktu ayrıca oda pisti odadan sabah çıkarken temiz bırakmıştık döndüğümüzde oda yalapşalap toplanmış ve yastığın üstünde kıllar vardı temiz bıraktığımız oda pislenmişti yani midemiz bulandı ama lobideki arkadaş hemen odamızı değişti ve özür diledi katlarda odamızın önüne temizlik malzemeleri yığılmıştı o da kötüydü odamızı değiştiler ama asansör olmadığı için bavulumuzu 2 kat daha yukarı çıkartmak zorunda kaldık lobide duran personeller iyi otel genel anlamda idare eder
