We spend 2 nights here - one at the start of our journey through Zimbabwe and one at the end. We arrived late and left early, so don't have much feedback about their restaurant, other than the breakfast buffet was excellent. The first night, we were accidentally given a room that had not been cleaned yet. When we pointed this out to the front desk, they immediately brought us to a room that was clean and ready - so quick resolution of an issue. The last night, we had no issues. The wifi worked well, which was key for us as we needed to connect to people in the US. Thank you.

2/10 Poor

They had roaches in the restaurant. Next day a guy was sprinkling some powder(most likely poison) around the food. I got sick when I got back home and could only imagine that it came from there. The hallways look old. The room was extremely hot with no ac. They had a portable ac in the room with no exhaust tube that goes out the window, so basically it was useless, as it can’t be used properly. Only plus is that the staff is friendly

Great service thanks to Mr Ruvodo, he went above and beyond. He ensured that we had everything we had everything we had missed out on our other trip.

Check in was easy and overall all the staff were attentive and very helpful. My room was AC was not working but they brought in a portable unit straight away. The room service breakfast was very substantial I had to remove some options when I ordered it. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

The hotel facilities are quite outdated and in need of significant renovations. The rooms, however, are spacious, clean, and feature comfortable beds. One issue is the absence of air conditioning, which can be problematic. Although the hotel's central location in town is convenient, it is situated next to a park that hosted a noisy event with loud music for most of the day on Saturday.

6/10 Good

Most of the staff were good. What I didn't like is was supposed to check out 10am but to my suprise when I went for breakfast staff entered my room. My property was still there they stripped the bed and it was before 10am. How can staff enter my room whilst I was still there without my approval.

The room was cleaned daily and sparkling. But the whole settings were still old and needs some restyling. the rugs and windows. Breakfast was okay but less options. No air-conditioning at the property.

Excellent customer service. Starting from Brenda at the reception, the guy at the bar at the pool area, maintenance guy who came to fix the AC. I wish i could name them all. The rooms where clean. The food needs a bit of working on to improve on it. Other than that i can still come back.
