We were in Rome for several nights - and this was a perfect location for many of the popular historical sites. Easily walkable to great restaurants and we really enjoyed the close proximity to Villa Borghese - which offers a beautiful respite from the busy city.

Perfect location for exploring Rome. The room was comfortable with good air conditioning. Check in was easy even after hours. The breakfast was delicious, cannot remember her name (Eliana?) but the hostess was lovely. We were able to leave our bags for a few hours after check out until our departure. Nice boutique hotel and would recommend if staying in Rome.

I only wish we could have stayed longer! At first we could not find the front door (after hauling it luggage up the Spanish Steps). Then didn't figure out we needed to buzz in to have reception open the door. After that, all was smooth and wonderful! Elena was so sweet and welcoming. She easily explained everything we needed to know. She gave us all the keys and stored our luggage until the room was ready. If you are walking from the metro with luggage and have more than one person, you might have someone wait downstairs with the luggage. Then it's only 1 floor up. The downstairs entrance is on the first landing of the Portuguese Steps (or is it Rampa Mignanelli). An easy walk (on mostly uncobbled sidewalks) from the metro. Or figure out how to exit the Metro at the opening at the top of the Spanish Steps. We couldn't figure it out. The room was large and so nicely decorated! Fridge, water, extra pillows, nice shower, great air conditioning, etc. We weren't there long enough to enjoy the terrace. Lovely little breakfast. The entire place has only 6 rooms so you receive personal service. I don't even have to say how perfect the location is! This will be where I stay whenever I come to Rome. 💕

Have stayed multiple times and never disappoints. Great location almost on the Spanish Steps but inside is calm and slows down.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. The owners were very friendly. They helped us find places to go and see. We met some other guests from different parts of the world over a delicious breakfast in the dinning area. We will be recommending this place to our family who go to Rome often.
