Guests can indulge in a pampering treatment at the bed & breakfast's full-service spa, Ingrami Roman Bath. Services include deep-tissue massages, sports massages, Thai massages, and facials. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including hydrotherapy. The spa is equipped with a hot tub, a steam room, and Turkish bath/hammam.

The spa is open daily. Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 6 years old are not allowed in the spa.

Great location.

We had a junior suite which was lovely. High ceilings and very spacious. You would have to pay extra to change your towels, otherwise they are changed every 2 days. Breakfast was ok but there wasn’t much space and only one person could go up at any one time. It felt very cramp and we just had breakfast quickly so we could leave which was a bit of a shame. Location is great! Lots of the sites in walking distance.

The property is in a great location to the Spanish steps. Just be mindful of the front desk hours for check-in since it has locked doors to enter through. Make sure to communicate with the friendly staff ahead of time for smooth entry. Super nice rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was nice!

Nice room with high ceiling, clean, quiet surroundings, all needed facilities present, friendly service. Dario helped out whenever he could. Breakfast with everything you need, many options, not highest quality of products, but nice and good. Good location, hotel easily accessible.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and what a cute little place! The private spa was an awesome touch and much loved in the evening after a day of walking, and a nice reset before dinner. It is decently centrally located in town, literally at the Spanish Steps (SO cool at 2am and sunset) and near the Trevi Fountain. It is close enough to walk to the major sites, shopping and dining. Dario and Elena were lovely hosts, giving great advice, tips and getting around town. Highly recommend

Excellent breakfast options!! Clean. Beautiful room and outdoor area (although outdoor lighting could have been turned on in the evenings for more cuteness). Great service from friendly people. Difficult to find. Many, many steps with no lift. Could use additional furniture on which to place luggage.

Ingrami Suites is in a wonderful location. We stayed in 2 different rooms. The junior suite was much larger and nicer than the standard double. When we first arrived. They told us they would send a driver to pick us up at the airport, after waiting 20 minutes, I called Dario, he said they should be there? After we waited longer I called him again, To tell him we would take a taxi. He said wait longer because if we took a taxi we would have to pay for both taxi, and the driver he sent? Wow!!! I have never heard of anything like that before. When the driver eventually arrived. It was long walk to the car..When we got to the property our room was still not ready ( they reserve the right to not let one check in till 3pm) and that is what happened. As our trip continued, I got to like Dario better. but he really started on the wrong foot with me.

AWFUL RUDE STAFF BE CAREFUL

The check in took ages as wrong information was given for self check in. Crazy number of stairs. And the staff on check out were SO RUDE yelling and aggressive. I have never been treated so badly at an establishment do not stay here just vile. A real shame as a good location but manners and respect go along way when dealing with customers

Highly recommend!

We stayed at Ingrami Suites after staying for a few days in a different part of Rome for work. The transition to this hotel was a lovely welcome. Dario was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we felt welcomed instantly. We were travelling with our 9 month old and requested a cot ahead of time with they kindly provided and prepared for us before our arrival. We arrived a little earlier than planned but our room was ready for us. It was a lovely large spacious room that overlooked the edge of Piazza di Spagna. The location cannot be beat! Restaurants on the doorstep, a metro station nearby, and of course many attractions. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this neighborhood. I wanted to be close to Villa Borghese and this was an easy walk for us.

Horrible and smelly room D

We stayed at Ingrami Suites in Rome for new years , we were given room D which is absolutely HORRIBLE, dirt and smelly . Hotels.com should review this over rated hotel . Same price we found a far more beautiful, cleaner and comfortable hotel with 4 stars. Ingram Suites in Rome is a scam . I have always loved hotels.com but this time they got it very wrong with this overrated place with terrible view to the garbage.

Location for Ingrami suites is great but service was the worst we have ever seen. The manager DARIO is a nightmare and should not be working in hospitality at all. All of us staying there were very disappointed with DARIO and we will never stay there for as long as DARIO works there. We had an emergency in the AM and he refused to help because it is before hours and he hung up on us and never answered our texts begging for his help.

Highly recommend Ingrami Suites B&B

Wonderful accomodations off Piazza Spagna within walking distance of many historic Roman sites. Very updated rooms and baths in a hundreds-year-old building. Be prepared to roll/carry your luggage down a beautiful winding marble staircase. Our ground-level room could acess an enclosed shared courtyard, which was too hot to enjoy during our visit except very early in the morning, but it was lovely. Rooms were blissfully quiet- couldn't hear street noise at all. Beds were comfy. Manager Dario did all he could to ensure a pleasant stay, including restaurant suggestions and booking both cruise port and airport shuttles for us. The only hitch was the time zone and response lag in communications. Ingrami is a B&B, and they don't have someone at the front desk 24/7.
