Sweet Home Hotel is an awesome place to stay. While staying there one can understand what hospitality means, starting from the room to small details, everything has been taken care of with love and complete dedication to their guests. The location was wonderful. On a quiet side street in Plaka. Very convenient to everything. The staff was great. The breakfast was very good - fresh and varied with local specialties to sample. We even had a view of the Acropolis from our window. Decent size bathroom and good size shower. On the downside, the room was small with limited storage so we had to live mostly out of our suitcases. There is a wardrobe for hanging a few items but no drawers. You can overlook this deficit if you are not planning to spend much time in your room. Overall, it was a great stay.

The room was very clean and pretty. The only complaint was the pillows were a little stiff. BUT the staff were lovely. They were very accommodating and helpful. On our last day we had to check out before breakfast was ready, the staff made us a breakfast box to take on our way so we were still able to eat. I was very grateful.
