The property is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the area is clean and quiet. It would be even better if sandals and toothpaste were available for guests.

Host was very helpful and amenities were good. It would be nice if they could send a text or email to the guests with exact location and codes as it is difficult to read the signs at night.

8/10 Very good

Lady Lara, the owner of this small guest house, was kind and helpful. 2- This place was very clean. 2- It was only a 3-minutes walk to the Monza train station. 3- including safety box. 4- Very light breakfast, which deserves to be complete. 4- Espresso was free during the day. Thanks, Salimi.

2/10 Poor

Rude, unhelpful staff who left me stranded without a room
Verified review

2/10 Poor

No advance instructions regarding the check in process were provided, although they could have easily been sent before arrival (as it was a non-contact process through door codes). Also, received a wrong door code for the room. Unnecessary and unprofessional hassle to say the least. AC did not work properly in the room.

Nahe zu Bahnhof aussen pfui, innen hui. Super angenehme Gastgeber.

6/10 Good

The room was good but small, nothing in the room, except your breakfast tin. To access kettle etc you have to leave your room. This is not we expected. Especially after a long days travel.

Nada atrativo. Não comi.

8/10 Very good
