This place was a complete let down I have no idea why it has 8.8 on Expedia. The hotel is super dirty place needs some serious love all areas of hotel are dusty. The rooms where better kept at least the bungalows were But there was ants all over the place. Place seems like it was a nice place at one point but totally missing better hospitality and maintenance on the buildings. The restaurant wasn’t so bad food was pretty good on the bright side . But definitely disappointed in our stay.

Beautiful property but needs some maintenance and some customer service training to the employees, contrary to other hotels that have amazing service like Casa Andina this place seems like they don’t really care about making guest feel welcome and happy. My last room had the AC not working, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the hallways are dirty like they just take care of the rooms but not the surrounding areas, bedding was very clean 🙏 that makes me

Booked for three nights and no internet at all for the whole three days. No help either from the hotel or Expedia. Be aware that internet and customer service is terrible around here. Getting into the hotel is very challenging from the highway. No real proper road pretty much.

Worse worn down hotel ever in middle of nowhere

It looks nothing like the pictures, the hotel is completely worn down, I have not had such a disgusting food in a long time . And it’s middle of nowhere so u can’t even get anything else. Some of the staff I must say is friendly but then others are very unfriendly. Almost nobody speaks English .

Our room got flooded because the air conditioning. Once reported they took a long time to come to the room. Threw towels on the floor and told us it would be fixed the next day. Didn’t move us to another room. No air conditioning all night and didn’t reimburse us.

Make sure when booking to find out about AC and extra charges when arriving at hotel. That is not advertised and should be. Advertised is all taxes and fees included and that is not so. Don’t be surprised to pay extra. Email with that explanation landed in my inbox 30 minutes after check in. Not a happy camper.

La Piscina tenía vómito, y no siguieron los protocolos correspondientes. Dejaron que las personas sigan entrando y no hiceron nada al respecto. La limpieza de mas habitaciones los hacen con trapos húmedos y toda la habitación huele a abombado. Los baños no los limpian bien, huelen a orina. Yo quisiera ser socio, pero esas cosas dejan mucho que desear.

Nach 2 jahren sind wir wieder zurück ins VPX gekommen. Dieses mal mit 1 kind 1.5 jahre zusätzlich und unserem 1 kind 4 jahre die das Hotel schon kannte ( 2024), anstatt Bongalow hatten wir Suite 2 queenbetten. Reception ======= Der Check in war schnell ca 10 min und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Freundin (peru) musste dieses mal , in Gegensatz zu den letzten 2 male , KEINE steuern für Peruaner bezahlen da In der Schweiz wohnhaft. Ein Haartrockner kann man gegen Abgabe DNI beziehen. Zimmer ————- Die Suite hat im Schlafzimmer 2 Quensize und TV, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa KEIN TV mit kleinen Kühlschrank und Esstisch ,Badezimmer mit Badewanne/dusche , Einbauschrank mit Safe. Das Zimmer war genug gross für uns 4 pax ca 40m2. Leider war der TV wo wir schlafen und es konnte kein TV geschaut werden wenn Kinder eingeschlafen sind. Um das Sofabett zu beziehen fallen 25us$ pro Nacht an. Sollten aber 3-4 Erwachsene im zimmer sein fallen die Gebühren aus. Restaurant ~~~~~~~~ Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit ( eigene Milch für Kinder aufwärmen) Ganz besonders hat uns der Service von ROYCE gefallen der uns am ersten Abend bedient hat. Jeden Tag ,egal wo wir in angetroffen haben , hat er uns begrüsst , war fröhlich , gut gelaunt und immer super nett zu unseren Töchtern. Die eine junge Dame ( weisses Hemd schwarze anzughose) Hat uns am Pool ein super Mittag service geliefert. Stets freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war gut wir hatten Clubsanwich
