About 12 minutes from Termini station. This is guest house and you need to prearrange your arrival. A bit tricky to find the check in but it is located on the second floor. Proprieter explained everything and will issue 3 keys to get in and out of the room/hotel. There are restaurants and a great bakery close to the hotel. We enjoyed our short stay in Rome
