Great location. Terrific staff. Room was very tight for 3 of us and very noisy facing the busy road in/out of Varese. Motorcycles and police car sirens frequently.

6/10 Good

Our room in attached building was very dated. The passageway to room 61 is complicated and inconvenient especially with luggage. The most positive thing is the location, just the best.

stopover on Italian road trip

Great value hotel on the edge of the town centre.Parking on site.Lovely big bathroom with plenty of towels and a great shower. Tastefully decorated. No bar on site but a fabulous bar across the courtyard working in liaison with the hotel. We stayed one night on our journey down to our Italian home and immediately rebooked for the stopover on the way back to England.

2/10 Poor

Basically I was robbed. It was my fault that i messed up the days since I scheduled it one week after but I was in the hotel that day and it was clearly a mistake. There was not a goodwill solve the issue and instead just the greed to keep the money. Inwould have understand of the reservarion was near but it was t and they had plenty of time to have another booking for those days. Not even considered a lower fee or charge wanted to keep it all. Meanwhile the only good person was the night receptionist that tries to help us and even found us another hotel for that night. The management was really insensitive and the hotel tonbe honest seemed old and poor condition. This happened to us three or four times in the last five years and this was the only hotel that didn’t try to help or to find a balanced and fair solution. Next time think twice before being greedy and unpleasant

Nice 👍

Very conveniently located. Unfortunately my room faced the street so there was some car noise during nighttime. The mattress is very soft - which is good if that is your preference. The staff (at the reception as well as the cleaning staff) was very friendly. A few more electric sockets would be good as I had to share one with my phone charger, the kettle, the mini bar fridge.
