I have used this hotel a lot over many years, mainly because of the location and the price. Close to Tree Town, Soi Diana, and a 10-15 minute walk to Beach Road. Has not changed a lot over the years but remains worth the price. Just remember you get what you pay for. The mattress was a bit of a challenge. There was a kettle and cups in the room which I don't recall being there last year. Fridge was clean. Large batchroom (shower only). Cleaners were very good, supplying toliet tissue and two bottles of water a day. I was facing Soi Buakhao so it could be noisy until 4am but not so much as to annoy me. Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Could not ask for more. Overall, even though it is looking tired, great hotel for the price and location.

Big room. Very noisy. Daytime they work repair the roof, noise staus im the cement walls. Nighttime noise from trafic and party outside. Run down place , in need of paint and new furniture. Bed comfortable. Not worth the money, many better places in the area for same price.

Nice holiday in Pattaya

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Pattaya. The hotel is in a good location and has everything nearby. The staff is excellent, and the room is clean and in good condition. The pool isn't very well maintained, it needs some work, and I'd also replace the sun loungers, which are now dated.
