Family Vacation 2025

The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was included with our booking. They had a good selection of items. I only wish they had potable AC units but I heard AC are not common in Paris which seems odd as hot as it gets. Very uncomfortable to sleep if you are used to cold but overall I would come back in a cooler time of the year.

Bedbugs

First they gave us room 104, but it was a mess. They then gave us room 209. During the night my girlfriend felt something bite her neck. We then discovered that the bed was infected by bugs. We had to leave the hotell at 2am to find another please to sleep. The receptionist didn't help us to find another hotell. We had to solve the situation ourselves. Not a pleasant experience when we needed to drive 9 hours the day after.

The property itself was clean and quiet. We got a family suite (a room with two beds (4 singles) and a small sofa. There were pieces missing on the wall corners and stains on the carpet and bedding. The closest subway is 800 meters away and it takes about 30 minutes to get anywhere near an attraction. I would t walk there after dark. However on the opposite direction is a cute community. The listing didn’t mention if there was AC. There was not. My bad for assumin. was blazing hot. Can’t open the window for the busy road.

Really nice vibe when we arrived and very helpful and friendly staff on reception and at breakfast. Loved the family room set up. Felt more like a mini apartment with the sofa bed up and other furnishing. Our kids loved it! Only downside was it was really hot even with the mini aircon unit so had to keep window open, which made it quite noisy. Didn't spoil our experience though.

Even with the sign of do not disturb they came in with no knock over 3 times in one day no exaggeration and even after I told the lobby they did it again they also pick and choose who gets buffet not pay charge just by choice I only asked to use coffee machine they gave me a small bag of coffee and cold water which was already done and the free juice smelled like mold the beds are not clean the staff is not nice nor caring

Pros: - Not far from metro - Room was adequate with daily cleaning, TV and towels Cons: - Someone entered my room at 3am, as the door was locked, I believe this was a staff member. They closed the door immediately after realising someone was inside. - Staff entered rooms in the morning without announcing themselves - Room was only ground floor, with a skip for a view. Due to the way the window is built, it would be easy for someone to enter from outside if the window is left open - No complimentary breakfast if booking through hotels.com but included if you book direct. Room is 30 euros more on hotels.com - No early check in available - No tea/coffee in room, no kettle, machines in lobby only accept cash. -Only 1 key card offered - Only one lift available to rooms on basement level, you can end up stuck if both lifts are still lobby level Overall a 4/10 stay, adequate at this price point but security is an issue

The rooms are really small. It feels a bit crampy if you guys are 2 travellers with large suitcases. No office/work station available. You don’t have really much space to pack your belongings. Just a really small closet. Some areas of the room and bathroom seemed like they could use some renovations. There were stains and little cracks on certain things
 Also there was no room service or amenities at all. Totally disappointing. Bring your own toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrush, bathrobe & shower cap. Could not even have access to YouTube or Netflix on the TV. We’re in a streaming era now, that’s the bare minimum.
