Excellent value for money. The hotel itself gave a great sense of its history with grand front entrance and intricately carved wooden doors. Rooftop breakfast was delicious and proportions kept me going until late dinner. Staff were very helpful and polyglot. We had a lovely stay at Bliss. The room was really nice, beautifully decorated and the air conditioning worked brilliantly, which was especially appreciated. The overall decor of the riad is lovely and it has a really nice atmosphere. Just a couple of things worth mentioning for future guests: there is no TV & fridge in the room, which we expected and didn’t mind, but it’s worth knowing in advance. One small suggestion regarding check-in: we arrived around 8pm after a long journey and were keen to drop our bags, freshen up and head out for dinner. We were kindly invited to sit in the courtyard and were offered tea and biscuits while our passports were taken for check-in, which we appreciated as a lovely gesture of hospitality. That said, after a long journey, we were quite tired and hungry, so it would perhaps have been helpful to be able to go straight to the room first and settle in, with the tea and biscuits offered afterwards. It’s a very minor point, but something that might make the arrival experience even smoother for guests arriving later in the evening. The riad is right in the middle of the souks. The gates can close later in the evening, and Google Maps doesn’t always factor this into its directions, so you may end up being directed towards a closed entrance. Be cautious of anyone offering directions in the souks, people will offer to help and expect money afterwards. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and thought the room and riad were beautiful.

Beautiful boutique Riad managed by fantastic, personable and very helpful staff. Super responsive and accommodating by email also. I cannot emphasise how kind and helpful they were with my partner and myself. Beautiful open terrace for breakfast too! Bliss is also central and a 5-10 min walk from all the medina sights (the Secret Jardin is literally outside) and great restaurants/cafes mere minutes away. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay here, everything as described was on point. Intimate and beautifully decorated rooms to make you comfortable. The staff was amazing, they should be working for an elite hotel company. Serviceminded and lovely people. The staff is the Riad here and not opposite. Will be coming back, boys. No doubt about the morroccan hospitality!!
